Living off campus is quite the exciting experience, you get to live with some amazing people and it allows you to decorate a whole new room from scratch. When I took on the challenge to decorate my room away from home, I choose my bed to be the main focal point. I understand that as students we all have certain budgets that we would like to stick too, however don’t worry because finding unique pieces for your room is quite simple and easy, if you just put some effort and time into it. With sites like Dormify and stores such as Ikea or Target, finding fun and exciting pieces is a fun. Going on, when figuring out the basics of decorating a room, one must choose a colour scheme and a focus of attention, whether it is your bed, headboard, wall art or a simple mural in your room. Everyone has a creative side, so hope this inspires you and remember have fun. Enjoy!
