New Years Eve Outfits

It's finally the 31st of December and whatever your plans may be tonight to ring in the new year, you want to look good. Whether it is spending it with friends at home or going out  I've helped you take the stress out of outfit picking!

1)

Wear an oxford shirt along with a statement necklace that will pop out and your outfit will be more along the lines of looking effortless but 'put together'.

2)

Let your luscious hair down, add some waves and give it that extra volume!

3)

Paired with a top bun and bright red lipstick, you will be the center of attention!

Enjoy!

Things I'm Loving

The season of winter simply brings about that cozy feeling. As it snows outside, I would rather be wrapped in a fleece blanket sipping on tea or hot chocolate watching the Food Network or a movie.

BUT WAIT,

yesterday my friends, most parts of Ontario and Quebec got hit with a lovely snow storm that left us with over 40cm of snow. Isn't that just dandy? Well I think not, especially when one has to dig their way out of their front steps. Oh the good old days, when you could simply build a fort while the parental units took charge of all the heavy lifting and were strained with those nasty backaches.

While I spent most of the afternoon shovelling, it was nice to come in afterwards and just lounge on the couch watching a movie with my favorite scent 'holiday wreath' in the air. Let's not forget about sipping on hot chocolate and wearing a baggy holiday sweater that just gets you in the festive mood with some wool socks to keep does toes nice and toasty!

Happy Holidays

It's that time of the year when all our streets are magically transformed into winter wonderlands (well mine is) and people are rushing to nearby malls trying to find last minute gifts. Well amongst the bustle and hustle, remember that the holiday time is primarily about spending time with loved one. With todays technology and what not, sharing memories is a simple click away. So while someone may be far, you can still be together virtually.
(I felt really nerdy writing that haha)

Merry Christmas!

p.s Don't you love this glitter reindeer? I know I do!!

Enjoy!
