Kingston Olive Oil Company Food Demo | Gourmet Pizza

This past Saturday afternoon, Kingston Olive Oil Company welcomed Joannie Karchau and Natalie Dafnas of Garlic Fields for an in-store food demonstration open to the public. It was all about oven ready gourmet pizza, using the freshest farm produced ingredients and how to incorporate Kingston Olive Oil Co extra virgin Olive oil and Balsamics. It was quite the foodie event with plenty of taste samples to go around and a great learning experience. Who knew dessert pizzas could taste so good especially with a Mango balsamic over top!

Though Joannie and Natalie specialize in garlic, they also offer a wide array of seasonal vegetables. Another neat fact is that in their country kitchen they prepare wonderful oven ready pizza along with an assortment of lasagnas, salads, spring rolls, party trays, soups and so much more. Best part? Some of these products can be found at John's Deli, Pasta Genova and The Common Market in Kingston.

ps | Be sure to check out the baked good section on Garlic Fields website. You won't regret it!

  1. The night of events NYC began with a pleasant hostess who guided us to the bar area to grab a drink and even show us where it was the least crowded.
