Amidst the hustle and bustle of school and applying to jobs, I came to the realization that my style has evolved to being somewhat more preppy. It has taken some time to adjust to a style that I enjoy and is convenient for my lifestyle. Indulge your Sweet Side

Current Obsessions:
Bow headbands
Infinity scarves
Collared Shirts
Riding Boots
Pearls

As for food, I recently discovered a wonderful treat at my local bakery, macarons. These little delights crafted with the most delicate attention have become quite the sweet indulgences on my end. Thus I took it upon myself to recreate such a unique trend and surprisingly, came to the realization that macarons are not that difficult to make at home for a student on a budget.

About.me

As a soon to be graduate, I am presently in the process of finding a career. This consists of getting my resume revised, writing cover letters, going to job fairs, connecting with companies and far more. The search has been facilitated with the use of technology and social media. This led me to About.me, the perfect place to pull together all the information that is usually scattered across various service into one simple platform. Depending on the type of page you want or require, whether is be for personal use or a professional profile, you can create your own unique profile with personalized backgrounds and such.

The ultimate goal of an About.me page is keeping things brief. Visitors want to know who you are, why you decided to make a page, and how you can be reached. Readers do not want to be overwhelmed with too much information, this is not a resume or cover letter. Rule of thumb: keep it simple!

On another note, About.me pages are a great way of raising your rank online by personal SEO and growing your networking via connections as well as building affiliations. In other words, manage your digital footprint and claim you name online.
