Seed to Sausage | Day of the Pig 2014



"Local. Ethical. Humble."

This, Saturday, May 17th, Michael McKenzie, founder and president of Seed to Sausage Corp. based in Sharbot Lake, Ontario hosts a food festival dubbed Day of The Pig. It's an annual party showcasing hand-crafted artisan meats, roasted lamb and pork, artisan pizza, local and area artisan cheese, local wines and oh so much more. Great chefs will be on site, cooking and drinking demos along with a slew of great individuals supporting local foods and producers, as well as your chance to build your own business!
