When it comes to breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day as it gets your day and metabolism going. So even if you`re in a hurry grab a fruit like an apple or a granola bar. Here are some of my favorite things to eat in the morning:
o Yogurt with granola and fruits
o All Bran Strawberry/Kashi cereal with fruit and milk
o Oatmeal with apples
o Smoothie with frozen fruits,wheat germ and yogurt
