Hancock Gourmet Lobster | Mac n Cheese & Pot Pie

I, Rosalyn Gambhir, am a proud mac n cheese lover. Add some lobster and that's a whole other story. When I was presented with the opportunity to sample Hancock Gourmet Lobster mac n cheese and pot pie, I was more than delighted as these dishes are all natural, have no preservatives and made with the finest ingredients. They are the perfect weekday indulgence after a busy day at work as you simply pop them in the oven and presto, ready to serve!


The mac n cheese is a fantastic savoury meal that happens to come frozen. It is rich, creamy and oh so cheesy plus lobster goes great in this recipe which makes it a tad more luxurious. But let me tell you, these were actual chunks of tender lobster so this meal will not disappoint!

As my go-to comfort food, this lobster mac cheese was top notch. Seriously. Also no pots and pans need to be washed - it's that straightforward and once you have a spoonful, this mac n cheese will knock your socks off. Each bowl is filled with such richness and flavour. The shell pasta is enveloped in a creamy mascarpone-cheddar sauce with sweet chunks of Maine lobster. All this is topped with a crunchy mix of panko bread crumbs, herbed butter, lemon zest and parmesan cheese. This double award-winner is a gourmet comfort food without equal.

Hancock Gourmet Lobster is all about quality, innovation and commitment to service - this dish truly demonstrates such boldness.

Ingredients: pasta , cream, lobster, mascarpone cheese, Panko bread crumbs, butter, cheddar cheese, shallots, wheat flour, olive oil, salt, Parmesan cheese, parsley, chives, lemon zest, white pepper, Contains: shellfish (lobster), milk, wheat. Made in a facility that uses tree nuts, soy, egg, fish. May contain shell fragments.


This is a new twist to the traditional pot pie. I am alway use to having chicken pot pies filled with veggies but lobster in a creamy sauce? Now that's definitely different and Hancock's Gourmet Lobster pot pies come prepared in reusable, oven-proof ramekins. How cute!

The ramekins are filled with Maine lobster meat in a sherry-splashed cream sauce. Lobster-shaped puff pastry decorations adorn the top of each pie, adding a touch of elegant whimsy to your meal. These award-winning pot pies are gorgeous, sumptuous and delicious. So wonderfully tempting these pot pies are!

Ingredients: Lobster, puff pastry, heavy cream, milk, water, butter, tomato paste, salt, sherry, modified food starch, sugar, spices, lobster base. Contains: shellfish, milk, wheat.
