Kingston's gourmet food truck, dubbed Betty Lou by Farm Girl Mobile Food Co. is back into full force starting today in City Park from 11:30-2:30. Tamara and Peter Bolger have had quite the successful year serving up high quality comfort food with a seasonal twist and they are ready for another exciting season. Adopting the farm to table, though in this case farm to truck concept, this passionate duo has been creating innovative dishes prepared with love and local ingredients. Connecting with the Kingston community over social media and multiple media appearances within the early stages of development, the Bolgers created a hype around Farm Girl with a marvellous executed marketing campaign and the response was astounding. Fast forward one year and Farm Girl is known throughout Kingston and beyond.
